The room service was so slow, i think they were growing the ingredients fresh. It took forever. also, i asked for extra towels and ended up using my shirt to dry off, not exactly the luxury experience i was hoping for. the soap was also not great. It seemed like washing with a pat of butter.

The staff were friendly. I appreciate that. location was spot on for the center of everything. it offered easy access to all KEY areas. the hotel HAS a unique VIBE with great decorations. i also enjoyed the artsy rooms.

the noise from the adjoining rooms were disruptive at times. i could hear conversations.

the hotel location felt so central. i walked to key sites easily. the decor had such a unique vibe with artful touches. the rooftop monkey bar gave killer museum views. it seemed like floating among the stars, darling. the rooftop pool and gym make it special.

i noticed housekeeping forgot my toothbrush. it was a tiny thing.

breakfast was yummy with many choices, such as fresh pastries and fruits. the restaurants offer diverse menus and the food tastes great. each dish reminded me of a special creation with love.

i appreciated the beduin room, it had ample space and stylish design. the hotel let us use the pool the whole day on our last day since our flight departed late at night (very convenient!).

the front desk sometimes took around 30 minutes to fulfill requests, even for towels.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The reception and concierge make the hotel special. I thought the open area was very nice. The decoration is AMAZING!!!

The hotel could be noisy, so it may not suit people who need relaxation and quiet.
